Crowdinvesting is a way to raise funds by collecting small contributions from many people online. Instead of seeking a large investment from one source, businesses can gather support from a crowd, building both capital and a community invested in their success.

Why is Selma opting for Crowdinvesting?

Since Selma's last crowdinvesting campaign in 2023 many new clients and community members have raised interest in becoming a shareholder.

This year, we decided to opt for a smaller fundraising campaign before looking for bigger venture capital investments – and therefore we are committing more shares of our company to our community. We want to really change how financial advisory is done, and that we can not do alone! 

Our "Contributor" community has been with Selma from the beginning – from survey to user testing to design feedbacks: our first versions were fully co-created. We aim to stay this close to you, and offering our community members to become shareholders is simply the best way to grow together!

What has happened since Selma's last Crowdinvesting round?

We have grown and now serve 14'000 clients, managing more than a quarter of a billion Swiss francs. 

Additionally, we launched an AI-powered financial advisor. This opens up new growth opportunities for us – in Switzerland but also looking beyond borders.
